Police have closed several roads across the area because of black ice on Monday evening, with numerous crashes reported.
The B3006 between Greatham and Selborne and the A272 from Petersfield to Langrish are among the local roads reported to be currently closed, with policing telling motorists to take alternative routes.
"The roads are incredibly icy. Please only head out if it is essential," said a spokesman for East Hampshire's police team.
A woman reportedly had to be helped from her car after hitting ice and crashing on the Bordon relief road.
And several collisions have also been reported on Folly Hill in Farnham because of black ice.
Temperatures are expected to dip as low as -3 or -4 degrees Celcius across Surrey and Hampshire overnight into Wednesday.
The Met Office has warned of a "a very cold night ahead with clear skies initially", adding "temperatures will drop below freezing across the region with a sharp frost expected, as well as a risk of icy patches".
However, it does not currently have a severe weather warning in place for the region.
