POLICE are appealing for information after a quad bike was stolen during a burglary in East Meon.

The incident took place some time between 6pm on Monday, January 14 and 7.30am the following day. A quad bike and a one-handed chainsaw was stolen from a building in the village.

“We would like to hear from anyone who noticed anything suspicious that night,” a police spokesman said.

The stolen quad bike is described as a dark green Honda four-wheel ATV drive petrol bike. It had a nail embedded in its front right tyre and a serial number of 1HFTE35U584103307.
