A TEENAGER who was narrowly missed by a car after being “aggressed by a group” at a bus stop and pushed into the road has been able to thank the driver who took him home.

The teen’s dad, Antonio Biggio, took to social networking service Nextdoor to find the lady who “broke in time” and “offered my son a lift back home”, as they wanted to personally thank her.

Mr Biggio since told the Herald: “Thanks to Nextdoor we managed to find the lady and we had the opportunity to thank her in person for this kind gesture of civic sense.”

He added his son has “been in shock for a couple of days, but is definitely better now”.

A spokesman for Hampshire Constabulary said: “We received a report of an incident in which a 15-year-old boy was assaulted in Branson Road, Bordon, following an altercation at Mill Chase bus stop.

“This took place some time between 3pm and 3.30pm on September 25.

“If you have any information about this incident, please call police on 101, quoting 44190343475.”
