Two people have been charged after a large cannabis farm was found and shut down at a warehouse in Farnham on Tuesday last week.

At around 8.40am, police conducted a S23 Misuse of Drugs Act warrant on an address in Crondall Lane. Two men were arrested and a large cannabis farm, which spanned two levels, was discovered.

Enriko Beluli, 20, and Sajmir Oruci, 34, both of no fixed abode, have since been charged on suspicion of cultivation of cannabis.

Two further men Ruzhdi Carapaj, 42, and Artan Qopekaj, 47, were charged with the same offence after a cannabis factory was also discovered in Guildford last week.

All four have been remanded in custody to appear at court on a future date.

Sergeant Michael Knight said “Warrants like these are carried out as a result of information we receive from members of the public who report concerns in relation to suspicious behaviour in their area.

“We encourage everyone to report any suspicious behaviour to us by directly messaging us, so we can build a bigger picture of potential criminal activity.”
