THE chairman of Lindford Parish Council is calling for developers Charles Church and Bellway Homes, as well as the district council, to take "urgent action" in response to the "disgraceful state" of the new Chase Estate.
Ian Skelton-Smith has written to East Hampshire District Council's planning development manager Chris Murray telling him how, among other things, children are forced to play on rough grass between the flats and the sewage works.
