THE Phoenix Theatre is inviting beer, cider and wine lovers to raise a glass at its third annual beer festival.

The art of brewing will be celebrated with more than 20 local beers, ciders and wines on offer.

Doors will be open from 6pm to 10.30pm today and from 11.30am to 4pm and 6pm to 10.30pm on Saturday. The lunchtime session is family friendly, but evening sessions are for over-18s only.

As well as food and drink, there will also be acts performing.
