IT should have been an event that had scores of young people up and dancing on the Monday Bank Holiday afternoon – but in fact only a dozen young people turned up for The Chance to Dance outside Bordon's Forest Community Centre.

And the failure of residents to support the shindig has angered East Hampshire town improvement manager Gerry Thorne.
