A DISPUTE that threatened the future of Oakhanger Angling Club has been amicably resolved, meaning fishers and landlord, the Ministry of Defence, are now working side by side.

The debate centred around fishing platforms at the club's base at Kingsley Pond which the MoD, as landowner, claimed were not be safe.
