AN outline document for the redevelopment of the Quebec Barracks site, in Bordon, is set to be rubber stamped by East Hampshire District Council.
The development of housing and commercial units will be one of the first to be developed under the eco-town scheme
Planners say it will act as a benchmark for the rest of the town.
Following the purchase of the site, the Homes and Communities Agency will seek a development partner with experience and expertise in delivering "quality design developments" to "high environmental standards".
