A CONTROVERSIAL planning application to build 12 homes in Whitehill has been refused by East Hampshire District Council.

Kebbell Homes Ltd hoped to build 12 dwellings on the Sand Pit South of Moorlands, in Hogmoor Road.

However, the application received objections from a number of consultees and district council officers, using delegated powers, rejected the scheme.
