At the fourth time of asking, the Phoenix Theatre audience will get to decide who is the real king of rock ’n’ roll on July 1 at 8pm.

Elvis v Jerry Lee Lewis: The Showdown is finally coming to Bordon after being postponed on June 5, 2020, May 5, 2021, and December 3, 2021. Two breathtaking performers – Dave B as Elvis and Peter Gill as Jerry Lee Lewis (pictured) – will show why rock ’n’ roll will never die.

A Phoenix spokesperson said: “Be excited once more by the sheer energy of Elvis’ hits such as Hound Dog, All Shook Up, Don’t Be Cruel, Blue Suede Shoes and Teddy Bear, and Jerry Lee Lewis’ hits such as Great Balls Of Fire, Whole Lotta Shakin’, High School Confidential, Good Golly Miss Molly and Breathless.”

For tickets, priced £16, call 01420 472664, email [email protected] or visit www.phoenixarts.co.uk
