WHITEHILL Town Council leader Andy Tree and East Hampshire district councillor Adam Carew appeared to have put their differences behind them when they came together for a photograph to launch a Christmas
town bus service.
A turbulent period of town councillor resignations and the defection of councillors Mr Carew and Tony Muldoon to the district council followed Mr Tree's successful stand against Mr Carew as leader of the town's Liberal Democrat group in May 2013.
But 18 months later, and perhaps displaying some evidence of festive goodwill, the two men have been pictured for the first time together in the Bordon Herald since the fall out.
The town bus service is free to ride for two weeks in December - in time to get residents to this weekend's Christmas Fair.
