LGM Products directors Nic and Sophie Mogford-Revess ran this year’s London Marathon to raise funds for Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Care.

They were running the marathon in memory of Lindy Mogford, one of the founders of the Farnham business, and they completed the course in four hours, 47 minutes.

Nic said: “The marathon went well.

“The noise and atmosphere throughout were incredible and it was an experience to savour.

“After my mum passed away in January, Soph and I really wanted to do something to thank Phyllis Tuckwell for all their support they had given mum and the family.

“We are really proud to have run for them and raised so much.

“We have raised £12,000 but are expecting more to come from a few various sources.

“Our aim was £10,000 so we are really pleased to have beaten our target.

“The guys at Cedrus Butchers were so kind – on hearing we had completed the marathon for the hospices they gave us a recovery platter.”
