"VOLUNTEER and make a difference to someone's life," is the message coming loud and clear from the Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB).
This new year, many people are set to face job losses and an unprecedented financial crisis, and the timely message comes from the Petersfield CAB, as more and more people in the area look to the charity for help and advice.
