AN SOS has gone out for generous cyclists to take on the 54-mile challenge from London to Brighton in aid of The Disabilities Trust.

The sponsored ride down to East Sussex takes place on Sunday, September 16.
Cyclists can join a team or ride on their own, and the Trust offers a free lunch, mechanical support, and mementos for finishers.
