AN inquest in Basingstoke has recorded verdicts of accidental deaths on two Bordon soldiers who died as a result of a car crash in Standford.

Coroner for North East Hampshire Andrew Bradley said the driver of the Fiat Punto, 18-year-old Lee Smith, who died at the scene, was "relatively inexperienced", and he added: "It seems to me that the accident was down to Lee."
