THERE was brighter news this week on plans to transform Bordon's Chase Community Ho-spital from an under-used NHS facility to a thriving hospital at the heart of its community.

Following news of a delay in the programme because of rising costs, it was announced this week that "plans are now gaining momentum" on the project.
