THIS weekend sees the return of the popular annual Phoenix Beer Festival.

Taking place from 11.30am to 4pm on Saturday (September 29), this year’s event has a Cornish theme.

There will be a selection of beers and ciders from a variety of West Country breweries, along with top quality music and entertainment in and around the theatre and a barbecue.

The evening session is for over-18s only. Tickets £6.
