HAMPSHIRE Police and Crime Commissioner Simon Hayes is launching a second round for funding bids to ­support groups, individuals or organisations that will help reduce crime, and support ­victims and witnesses across the two counties of Hampshire and Isle of Wight. The Innovation Fund and Small Grants Fund form part of Mr Hayes'wider Commissioning Plan which was launched in January this year. Both funds have a combined value of £200,000 to be shared.
