EAST Hampshire District Council’s Liz Panton has been a community stalwart in the areas of Whitehill-Bordon, Headley, Alton and further afield for more than 20 years.

A former ‘milk lady’, she has alsoserved as an assistant district commissioner for the Beavers. She is currently the manager of Woodlands Hall in Headley Down, where she is also overseeing the creation of the Headley Down Nature Reserve. She spoke to Sheila Checkley.
