A RESIDENT of Lynton Road, Bordon, was angry when South East Water told him and his neighbours to check their stop-cocks or get a plumber, after they rang to complain when they found they did not have cold water earlier this week.
The man, who has asked The Herald not to print his name, said: "They (the water company) asked me to check my stop cock, which I did and it was working fine.
