IN what has been des-cribed as "a double whammy" for White-hill Liberal Democrats, two more former town councillors have defected to the Conservative Party.
Mark Davison and Brian Desmond have now joined the Tories following their respective resignations in May.
The move comes after former Liberal Democrat Adam Carew who, standing down as leader of the opposition at East Hampshire District Council, announced his defection to the Conservatives last week.
