The site team at The Petersfield School (TPS) are celebrating after taking home the Support Staff Team of the Year award at the Bohunt Education Trust (BET) 2023 awards at Old Thorns in Liphook.

Selected from a record number of 315 nominations across the trust’s eight schools, the team were commended for “going above and beyond for their school and students”.

Mark Marande, principal of TPS, said: “We are so proud of our site team for winning the Support Staff Team of the Year award, selected against so many nominations.

“It is wonderful to see them recognised for their hard work and commitment this past year – they truly deserve to be celebrated. It was an incredibly entertaining night, and we can’t wait to take home more awards next year.”

Neil Strowger, chief executive officer of Bohunt Education Trust, said: “The BET Awards are a clear demonstration of the outstanding commitment, talent and dedication of our staff.
