IT has been nearly four weeks since Jade North, her husband Lewis and her three children moved into in one-room bed-and-breakfast accommodation after, she said, her her mother-in-law had asked them to leave her Liphook home.

But on Tuesday, East Hampshire District Council said it was trying to find the family accommodation. A council spokesman told the Herald: "We have one of our local officers looking for private rental accommodation for the family, and we will pay the deposit and some extra funding."
