Farnham Town Council’s highly popular Music in the Vineyard is back after a two-year break because of Covid.

Lovers of live music and those wanting to banish the winter blues for the afternoon can enjoy two hours of free music by the Vic Cracknell Swing Band on Sunday, January 29 from 3pm to 5pm at the Vineyard Church in Union Road.

Councillor Alan Earwaker, mayor of Farnham, said: “If you come along to Music in the Vineyard you can expect a warm welcome and sociable atmosphere.

“You can bring your own food or purchase a hot drink, cakes or a snack from the refreshments stall which is run by a different local charity each time. Entry is free but space is limited so please do arrive on time.”

Concerts are planned for the last Sunday in February and March. On Sunday, February 26, the music will be by the TR5s and on Sunday, March 26 it will be the turn of Shuffle Tunes.
