Here’s some hot news: Petersfield Youth Theatre are back and seeing double with two musicals lined-up for the Bedales stage.

Youngsters from Years 6 to 8 will lift the curtain on their 60-minute version of Disney’s Newsies JR on Thursday, August 21, with performances at 5pm and 8pm.

The musical based on 2012 Broadway hit is about Jack Kelly’s bid to rally newsboys after newspaper publishers raise prices at their expense, with a final show at 2pm on Saturday, August 23.

The ‘seniors’ are preparing to rock the boat with their 60-minute adaptation of the Guys and Dolls JR with 5pm and 8pm shows on Friday, August 22, and 5pm the following evening.
