THE Kingsley Centre hosted a fashion show with Edinburgh Woollen Mill last Tuesday, generating around £120.

It was deemed a success, with staff at the centre hoping to host another show next year.

Next up on the fundraising calendar at the Kingsley Centre will be a jumble sale on November 19.

The Kingsley Centre is the headquarters of the Kingsley Organisation, which began life in 1987. The aim of the centre is to be a unique place where inclusiveness and personal learning sit alongside one another.

The centre, in Main Road, Kingsley, provides self development and training opportunities with, and for, disabled people, as well as services to the community in an inclusive and enabling environment.
