RESIDENTS enjoyed entertainment, food and drink recently when the popular ACA FEST returned to Alton’s Public Gardens.

ACA FEST, organised by Alton Community Association (ACA), was held on Saturday, August 6, when bands performed on “a beautiful day” and families picnicked in the sun.

“The turnout was good and people enjoyed the beer tent, burger van and vintage ice cream wagon that were present,” Maria Elliott of ACA said.

“For the children there were bouncy castles, bubble machines and lots of stalls to visit.

“People commented on the friendly, relaxed atmosphere and all monies raised went to support Alton Community Association and the services that it provides.”
