Tomorrow, Saturday, residents will be able to have their say on the future of Whitehill and Bordon at a drop-in consultation event running from 10am until 5pm at Bordon Junior School, in Budds Lane.
The event will offer residents the opportunity to put forward their opinions on the bid.
A flight simulator will take residents on an exhilarating ride on board a fighter jet. There is also a chance to experience a simulated Blackpool roller coaster ride.
Balloon modeller Lord Geoffrey will be wowing the crowds with his skills as he recreates the town's wildlife from balloons. He will also be teaching youngsters how to make their own balloon creatures so they can go home and impress their friends.
The masterplanning team - the planning consultants leading the design of the eco-town - will be talking to residents about the future of the town and their plans for it.
Workshops will take place from 11.15am until 12.15pm and from 2.30pm until 3.30pm.
One resident will win a £100 gift card from Tesco for telling East Hampshire District Council how they think the town could be improved. The prize draw will take place at the school at 4pm.
At 12.30pm there will be a bus tour of the Army land, which will enable residents to see the site for the first time. This tour will start from Bordon Junior School .
There will also be a free bus to collect residents from the Forest Centre car park and take them to Bordon Junior School at various times during the day.
The bus will leave the Forest Community Centre for Bordon Junior School at 10am, 2.15pm and 3.45pm. It will return to the centre at 2pm, 3.30pm and 5pm .
Ian Dowdle, portfolio-holder for Whitehill-Bordon, said: "This is the town's chance to tell us what they want. It will be a really fun day and an opportunity for residents to plan their town's future.
"I urge residents to come along and help us transform the town into something really special.
"This is part of an ongoing programme over the coming months which the masterplanners will be involved with and hopefully as many residents as possible will give them their ideas."
