MAKING music and having fun was a half-term treat for youngsters at the Kingsley Centre, where they wrote their own songs and had them recorded.
The children were taking part in East Hampshire District Council's Rural Areas Play Project and were taught how to compose music by Kirsten Lewis, a professional instructor.
Project co-ordinator Debbie Cooke said: "The February half-term went very well, and the music making at the Kingsley Centre was particularly successful."
