DWINDLING patient numbers have resulted in the closure of Bordon's Highview Surgery.

Patients registered at Highview Surgery are being informed about the changes to their GP provision, which will see them transferred to nearby surgeries.

There has been a steady decline in the number of patients registering, or remaining registered with, the practice, with the current figure only around 700.

This limits the range of services that can be offered to patients because numbers are insufficient to sustain a full GP and practice nursing service.
