RECEPTION class children from Bordon Infant School were out and about this week, learning about the changes spring brings.

This week's woodland walk saw the children learn about seasonal plants and wildlife. They also built their own nests out of twigs and used rugby and basketballs as eggs which they sat on to keep warm.

Teacher Anthony Burr said the children thoroughly enjoy getting outside and learning all about nature.

"It's about getting out, exploring and being in touch with what's growing and what's changing throughout the year," he said.
