A HAMPSHIRE deputy district judge has found himself in hot water this week after CCTV footage of him driving around a church in Liss with children in a canoe on his roof rack was sent to a national newspaper. The incident occurred in September at St Peter's International Presbyterian Church, in Liss, during a holiday Bible class, when Bordon solicitor and deputy district judge Mark Harvey drove around the grounds. Pastor Doug Curry said that putting the children inside the canoe was something he had suggested. "It was my idea, and Mark was part of it," he said.
