CONSERVATIVE members on Hampshire County Council can "expect fireworks" if they continue to oppose the Liberal Democrats over the 10:10 climate-change campaign.

This was according to Liberal Democrat Keith House, who was reacting to the news that the council looked likely to give the thumbs down to the 10:10 campaign.
