SUNDAY will see the return of the annual Oakhanger May fayre on Oakhanger village green.

The fun starts at 2pm with the crowning of the May queen who will be accompanied by her senior and junior attendants. This is followed by the traditional children’s dance around the Maypole.

There will be stalls, a bar, a barbecue and tea rooms.

The Alton Concert Band will play and the Hilary Bishop School of Dance will perform.
