RESIDENTS enjoyed the sights and sounds of summer on Sunday when they ventured out in force for an afternoon stroll around the Hogmoor Inclosure.

The event saw a sunny walk followed, at Mustangs at the former Prince Philip Barracks, by a barbecue.

Organised by Janet Heys and Dominic Clarke from the Beacon Church, the event was well attended.

A range of holiday activities for children will be held at the former Prince Philip Barracks in July and August, including painting, fitness, first aid and games.

There are limited places so anyone interested is urged to book soon with the Whitehill & Bordon Regeneration Company to avoid missing out on a place. Visit whitehillbordonregeneration.co.uk to reserve a place.
