AFTER claiming he had paid back more than £9,000 of an expenses overclaim – which he described as an "error of judgment" – North East Hampshire MP James Arbuthnot is at the centre of another row after claiming £2,750 for tree surgery.

The row comes over the work which was carried out at his £2m Berkshire mansion during the previous financial year.
