MUSIC in the Meadow was back to pre-Covid numbers on Sunday as people flocked to Gostrey Meadow for the free town council-led event.

Band Azure proved to be a big hit and created a great atmosphere with people clapping and dancing.

Councillor Pat Evans, lead member for tourism and events, attended the concert and said: “It was a joy to see so many people returning to Music in the Meadow and shows that confidence is returning and that more people feel safe to come along to events that are held outdoors.”
