East Hampshire road closures: almost a dozen for motorists to avoid over the next fortnightAfter successfully gaining eight members for its working parties, as well as one new addition to the steering group, it was decided at this week’s meeting to target residents living in the three outlying hamlets of Conford, Passfield and Bramshott as well as students at Bohunt sixth form, who sign up for a Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award.
Working parties have been set up for seven key policies, including access and movement, housing, public services, community, employment, as well as heritage and design and sports and recreation.
More volunteers are still needed to join the heritage/design and housing working parties.
Steering group members agreed to put up posters across the parish appealing for help.
