THREE replacement bridges have been built in the Deadwater Valley Nature Reserve as part of Whitehill & Bordon’s Green Loop network of paths.

The 5th Earl of Selborne, William Palmer, dedicated one to his late great-aunt, botanist Lady Anne Brewis, who helped establish the Deadwater Valley Trust.

Cllr Andy Tree rededicated another to Basil Smith, a past Mayor of Whitehill and a former chairman of the Deadwater Valley Trust.

And trust chair Nora Dobson rededicated the third to John Cooper, a very active volunteer and a Friend of the trust.
