THE planning application for Whitehill and Bordon’s new town centre (pictured) has been filed with East Hampshire District Council.
Although virtually complete, final administration means the application has not been validated so is not yet available for public viewing. “Our planners have to make sure all the right documents and so forth have been properly submitted and that can involve a bit of back and forth between us and the applicant,” a council spokesman told the Herald.
He added this was “quite normal”, especially “for large complicated applications like this one”.
