THE Acorn Christian Foundation opened its house and grounds in Whitehill Chase on Tuesday, offering anyone who might be looking for a tranquil space to retreat to, or to have some time out, to get in touch.

A spokesman said: “Everyone is more than welcome to use our facilities. We can accommodate groups and individuals. We also offer a friendly professional listening service for those who may need a listening ear.”
