THE Phoenix Players are back at Bordon’s theatre with another fun-packed pantomime this January.

Audiences can expect comic capers, crazy characters, colourful costumes and toe-tapping numbers.

Joshua Dixon returns as writer and director, this year presenting his take on one of the world’s favourite fairytales Jack and the Beanstalk.

“Panto works so well at The Phoenix Theatre due to the intimacy of the auditorium,” he said. “The audience really feel part of the action, which is perfect for such an interactive production. The cast, which is made up of both new and familiar faces, have been working extremely hard. There has been a real buzz of excitement at rehearsals. We cannot wait until opening night.”

Jack and the Beanstalk runs from next Thursday (January 19) to Saturday, January 28, with performances at 7.30pm and Saturday matinees at 2.30pm.
