THREE hooded men escaped with £13,000 of stock, including cigarettes and tobacco, after breaking into the One Stop shop on Bordon’s Rydal Close in the early hours of last Tuesday.

The burglary happened between 3.36am and 4.38am, when the store was closed, and the men wore hooded tops and coats.

Hampshire Police have issued a CCTV pic taken at the time of the break-in and are asking for help identifying one of the men whose face is clearly visible.

Dc Hamish Walker, at Aldershot CID, said: “This was a serious offence in which a substantial amount of stock was taken.

“This took place in the early hours of the morning but we would like to hear from anyone who saw three men in this area acting suspiciously.

“We would also urge anyone who recognises this man’s face to contact us as soon as possible.”
