POLICE are appealing for information following a spate of thefts.

A blue ladies' mountain bike was stolen from Royal Drive, Bordon, between 9am on Saturday, November 29, and 7pm the following day. It was removed from an insecure communal garden.

And between 11pm on November 28 and 7.15am the following day, burglars broke into a shed in Hollywater's Liphook Road and stole a petrol lawnmower and chainsaw.

Elsewhere in the town, petty vandals have caused damage.

In Pinehill Road a man was spotted smashing the back window of Citroen C3 with his elbow before walking off. The incident occurred between 11am and 12pm on Friday, December 5. No property was stolen from the vehicle.

And between 11.35pm and 11.50pm on the same day, vandals damaged a wall at the Royal Exchange pub in Lindford.
