What do you think about East Hampshire District Council? Wait, don’t answer too quickly!

Take a moment to consider, because the answers you give might help shape the services you receive into the future. 

We are running a residents’ survey to gauge public perception of the council, our services and the district as a whole.

And with a £150 prize draw for one entrant, it could be worth a few minutes of your time.

We want your thoughts on a whole host of important topics and we will use this information to develop our long-term strategy – and this will guide where we channel our resources over the next four years.

We want to know what you think about the services we provide, like bin collections, planning and financial support – as well as things like how you access our services and what you think about your local area. 

It’s easy to be critical, and of course if that’s how you feel then, please, let us know. But it’s also worth keeping the positives in mind. 

If you like a service and want it retained, then let us know, otherwise you might find it changed to meet the demands of others who don’t value it so highly.

What you think really matters to us and that’s why we want to hear from you about how we’re delivering services, how we’re spending your council tax and what issues are important to you.  

The information you give us is vital because it shapes everything we do and helps us prioritise our resources and set our long-term strategy.

The survey is being widely distributed online, so keep an eye out on your favourite social media channels.

We’re going to run this kind of survey every two years so we can check that what we’re doing is having the right impact and so that we continue to provide the right services for you. 

By completing the online survey, you have the opportunity to give us your views and ideas and shape what we do in the future.

The survey will only take a few minutes to complete and can be done quickly online – there are 23 very short questions which will help us plan our services.
