"I have been immensely proud to have served as town mayor and chairman of Whitehill Town Council for a second term," said Tony Muldoon. "It has been a year of change, and I am pleased to see the results of the time and effort of both new and established councillors and officers working proactively on behalf of Whitehill and Bordon."
