EAST Hampshire District Council’s Rural Areas Play Project (RAPP) van cruised into Headley Down last week to provide some ghoulish half-term fun for children.

Last Thursday, the RAPP van called at Woodlands Hall, with tools at the ready for the carving of pumpkins for Hallowe’en.

The council’s RAPP scheme provides holiday activities for children.
