STUDENTS at Bordon's Mill Chase Academy explored the world of politics and how it is relevant to their lives when they welcomed MP Damian Hinds as guest speaker during the academy's first Experience Day this academic year.
The day's programme aims to give students experiences and insights into life beyond school, and a range of activities was organised across all year groups.
Mr Hinds said he was "delighted" to meet year 10 pupils to talk about his role as a Member of Parliament before answering their questions.
He added that he was impressed with the quality of the questions from the students about big issues, such as education policy and the electoral system.
