IT could have been the warm, sunny weather or the idea of keeping fit while supporting two important charities but, whatever the reason, this year's Headley Fun Run produced a record number of entries, with more than 200 runners, from ages five to 70, gathering for the start at the village's sports pavilion on Sunday.

The run started at 10am and all those taking part, including the youngest, completed the course. One father even ran it pushing his two children in a pushchair.
